Trening dzień trzydziesty dziewiąty, czterdziesty i czterdziesty pierwszy + pasztet sojowy (pyszny)

Witam :) Dawno mnie tu nie było. A to za sprawą pracy i innych zajęć, których mam wrażenie przez ostatni czas ciągle przybywa... Treningi jak najbardziej są obecne w moim życiu codziennym. Gorzej z dietą i liczeniem kalorii. Ale kochani nadal nie palę! To już drugi tydzień mija. Złamałam się raz, w czasie spotkania przy winku tydzień temu. Jeden papieros. Nie mogłam się powstrzymać. Ale nie chciało mi się więcej. W tygodniu mam tylko czasami ochotę na buszka, ale nic więcej. Coraz bardziej przyzwyczajam się do niepalenia, zobaczymy jak będzie dalej ;) Aha i w mojej specjalnej skarbonce "niepalacza" mam już 33 zł :p

Trening

Postawiłam ostatnio na treningi cardio i nadal maltretuję swoje mięśnie nóg i pośladków z ćwiczeniami Mel B ;) Brzuszków nie mogę robić zwykłych, bo klatka piersiowa mnie boli. Sama nie wiem, co o tym myśleć. Ostatnio znalazłam takie krzesełko specjalne do brzuszków i z niego teraz korzystam, poza tym robię nożyce i rowerek na leżąco. Nie za bardzo mi te ćwiczenia pasują, ale na razie muszą wystarczyć. 

W rowerku stacjonarnym mam nowe siodełko. O niebo wygodniejsze! Także teraz jeździ mi się dużo lepiej :) Standardowy trening na rowerku trwa od 20 do 40 minut. Zależy ile mam czasu na ćwiczenia. Ale staram się jechać w miarę dynamicznie z odpowiednim obciążeniem :)

Dieta

Tak jak pisałam wyżej nie najlepiej mi idzie z przestrzeganiem diety. Tzn. do 16 jeszcze jem regularnie, zdrowo itd. Ale popołudniu mam straszne napady obżarstwa, a szczególnie chce mi się słodyczy! Masakra. Trochę sobie ostatnio odpuściłam z niejedzeniem "cukrzanych" świństw przez to, że rzucam palenie. Ale będę się musiała opanować wreszcie. 

Poza tym zrobiłam ostatnio bardzo smaczny pasztet z soi! 

Składniki:

400 g ziaren soi (surowych, moczonych w wodzie przez całą noc, potem gotowanych w świeżej wodzie przez 3 godziny)
3 duże marchewki
3 łyżki otrębów
sól
pieprz czarny i ziołowy
zioła prowansalskie
jajko
cebula (1 większa)
czosnek (2 ząbki)

Marchewkę ugotować, obrać pokroić na mniejsze kawałki, cebulę pokroić, czosnek wycisnąć - te warzywa dorzucić do ugotowanych ziaren soi. Wszystko zmielić w maszynce do mięsa (ja mieliłam na małych oczkach). Do papki dodać otręby i przyprawy. Wszystko wymieszać (można rękami). Wylać do foremki wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia i piec w temp. 180 stopni C (z termoobiegiem) przez ok. 1 godzinę. Można pod koniec przykryć papierem wierzch. Oczywiście można dodać inne warzywa: ugotowaną pietruszkę, seler itd. U mnie tego nie było, dlatego ratowałam się marchewką. Pasztet wyszedł świetny, także polecam :)

  5. Ja też miewam problemy z tym, żeby opanować głód. I jak już nie mogę wytrzymać to albo wypiję szklankę wody z cytryną albo zjem połówkę jabłka. I na razie to pomaga. Trzymam kciuki za Twoje efekty.

  7. Spróbuj treningu crossfit. Jest krótki ale intensywny. Bardzo mocno angażuje do pracy mięśnie brzucha. Życzę sukcesów w treningu.

  15. Ja nie stosuję zadnych diet. Po co mi to skoro żyje się tylko raz i nie ma sensu sobie odmawiać małych przyjemności. Oczywiście nie w nadmiarze, ale wiaodmo ,że nadmiar nigdy nie jest dobry. Dodatkowo chcę ci polecić moją stronę pit 38 online możesz bardzo latwo rozliczyć i mieć już głowy.
